I Feel Your Pain

I can feel Dave’s pain with implementing new software with the CRM solution. We are a Microsoft reseller and we are trying to migrate over to the Microsoft CRM product in our office. Doug and I started through the current databases and just like Dave, found many sins of the past. Getting them into a spreadsheet and cleaning them up is a considerable task, but there is no sense in importing all the garbage of old.
We have a shop full of people excited about moving to the new platform, but it is still several weeks out (partly because I am on vacation until Jan.2). Head over and read of the trials of conversion…
