The Weekend Trip

I can’t help it when I say having a granddaughter is more fun than just about anything.
She and her mom had spent the week with friends, 3 moms and 8 kids, at a beach house not far from where we live. The circumstances were such that the Redhead ran down and picked them up early Friday, and she and I took them home and spent the weekend at their home in San Marcos.
Saturday morning, the Redhead decided a trip to the Outlet Malls was in order, and we took the short drive and hit a few stores and can you believe, by making that trip, she saved me about $25.00. WOW! We probably need to go more often, so I can save enough money to retire with.
No Internet, no email, and no telephone calls for almost 3 days. Oh, that explains the lack of post here, in case you noticed.
