The Promised Toastmaster Speech

As promised, the Toastmaster speech is converted to an MP3 file and is uploaded. I am sorry for the delay, but you know how it is.
This is the first time I have taken something from one audio file and inserted it into another. I did this for the 30 seconds that I was playing the original podcast during the speech. It should be better than 30 seconds of silence. The volume level is not perfect and I still have a few echo issues to work out, but it it up and available.
