First it was ‘do the right thing’, now it is ask the right questions. Its hard to be perfect! LOL.
So obvious to the one being questioned, but harder for the one asking. Good food for thought.

How true. Wait until you read some of the other gems I’ve gleaned over the last few months working with sales reps.
