And yes, I obviously think the rewards outweigh the risks. The book looks interesting. I'll have to check it out. It may write my podcasts for me, who knows. One thought about saying 'yes' and the reputation is garners...Unfortunately stepping forward like that puts you in the position of having your reputation up for review <b>at any time</b>. In addition, it also makes you accountable to the commitment you've made. Something along the lines of 'sticking your neck out is the surest way to get you head cut off'. Those are huge, real risks. But the value and rewards of acting certainly outweigh them, I think. Thanks for the kind words in the show!
