		<description>I agree Dave, and I think those are the very reasons many look to say no. And yes, I obviously think the rewards outweigh the risks.

The book looks interesting. I&#039;ll have to check it out. It may write my podcasts for me, who knows. LOL</description>

One thought about saying &#039;yes&#039; and the reputation is garners...Unfortunately stepping forward like that puts you in the position of having your reputation up for review &lt;b&gt;at any time&lt;/b&gt;. In addition, it also makes you accountable to the commitment you&#039;ve made. Something along the lines of &#039;sticking your neck out is the surest way to get you head cut off&#039;. 

Those are huge, real risks. But the value and rewards of acting certainly outweigh them, I think.</description>
