Live the Dream is the new theme for Motivation on the Run. This begins a new era for MotR where we dig deeper and ask harder questions requiring introspection. I don’t have all the answers, but maybe I can ask a few good questions enabling you to come up with your own great answers.

Great to hear your voice again, Larry!
And I like the theme. One thing I learned from MotR, and apparently you did too, is that boosting motivation can be an external fix for an internal problem. Lets look at the heart of the matter. Great idea, I’m ready for more!

Welcome back Larry! You have been MISSED!
And so very cool that you’re going to take this in a new direction. Amazing and awesome my friend!
Can’t wait to see what the challenges bring. Self-introspection is an awesome way to return to our source and find out what REALLY motivates us, in the long run.
And I’m here with you for the LONG run my friend. See you next week!

Gentlemen, thank you for the kind words. I am excited about the new direction, even though the journey may be uncomfortable at times.
Once I decided the direction I wanted MotR to take, the ideas have been flowing like an unleashed river, however, please feel free to interject as needed. You are two of the people with an opinion that matters to me.

Anna, thank you for noticing. You’re so busy these days, I don’t know how you keep up.
I do look forward to future projects together. Those are still some of the most fun podcasts, ever.
