MindJet held a webinar announcing the release date for MindManager 7 and I was fortunate enough to attend and view what’s in store for all us mind mappers in the very near future. If you are currently using MindManager 6, you’ll love the new features that have been incorporated in this new version.
MindManager 7 raises the bar to a new level, borrowing the Fluent UI (Ribbon) from Microsoft, for easier interaction with the productivity software. I am still dissecting the information, but here is just a quick overview of the new features.
- Saved Views
- Show Branches Alone
- Topic Styles
- Power Filters
- Fluent UI
There are more, but I want everyone to head over to the MindJet site and watch the Pre-release webinar put on earlier this week. It will show you many of the features right on your computer screen.
I am preparing a review for MindManager 6 in the near future, and will review MindManager 7 as soon as I get to use it.
