This is the second week of my series on leadership traits I don’t see discussed much. This week our topic is much tougher than last week when we looked at patience. In fact, some of you may get upset with me over this week’s cast, but that is not my intention. If growth is expected in our leadership ability, challenge is required, and this week, I will challenge you.
Integrity drives what you do when you don’t think anyone is watching
What is this tough topic? INTEGRITY! It’s a short word with a long meaning, and that’s the discussion for this week. It’s difficult when we’re asked to look inside ourselves and make a judgment about something like integrity. That’s why we addressed patience first, in preparation for what is to come.
