This week, another special edition of Motivation on the Run, featuring listener questions answered by Anna Farmery and myself. Because of the length of the podcast, I have omitted the music and the introductions and let the ‘cast stand alone. As always, we had lots of fun and I hope that you enjoy listening as much as we did making.
