Motivation on the Run

We all know that the World Wide Web is still in its infancy. It is evolving at a rapid pace and should be measured like dog years. One year of technology time is equivalent to ten human years.

With that said, Capital One has launched a coaching site where you can get expert advise and accountability on the web. I haven’t used the service, so I can’t speak on how well it works, but maybe someone who has can chime in.
