I had always heard the expression about change always starting from within, but a lot of what I had read until the last several months didn&#039;t really &quot;nail&quot; that.  The only problem now, as you allude to, is having too much advice out there to sort through.  The KISS theory should reign here, don&#039;t you think?</description>
