It already seems like June to me, maybe even the middle of June. It is? WOW! This is the 52nd episode of Motivation on the Run (technically 53, but whose counting) and a couple of fun things for an anniversary podcast.

The first Motivation on the Run was uploaded and ready for listening on June 22, 2005, so next weeks will celebrate the date anniversary (-1 day), but by weekly counting, 52 BABYYY!

I have a quick review of Brad Isaac’s Achieve-IT goal setting software, from my brief experience with it that was recorded while I was on the run. I had to make a business trip and while waiting for the Lynchburg Ferry to take me across, I recorded this segment. I also give a Top 10 List - Year in Review about some of the things that have changed on the podcast in the last year.

Here is where I was when I was recording the Achieve-IT software review. The ferry crossing is next to the San Jacinto Monument.

Just wanted to give you some feedback and say thank you…what for I hear you ask??? Well listening to your show about your wise 3 year old and the lessons you learn made me think about my nephew. I host The Engaging Brand podcast and very much learning “on the run” and I have been looking for some music to pep up the shows….my nephew is a musician! He was so delighted to write some jingles and I will incorporate into my show this week. Funny how the podcasting world helps without even knowing sometimes!!…just now got to master how to edit them in!
Thanks for inspiring me to look at a talent that was right under my nose…and keep the podcasting going.

Anna, that is such a great story. Some of life’s best lessons come from the most unexpected places, and so do some of the greatest blessings. In your case, you get to encourage someone and inspire them to greater heights. What could be better than that? Nothing!

Thanks a bunch for listening and I am looking forward to downloading and listening to your podcast too.

    Larry

Just a pity that it takes losing someone to realise how much they have influenced you, and how much you admire them. Posting show 10 tonight so have a listen…not quite your professionalism - any tips would be great(!) but improving week on week which I suppose is how your style evolves! Thanks again for creating inspiration week on week.

I look forward to hearing show #10 and then catching up on the others. If you need any help on editing the music in send me a message and I’ll see if I can help.
