Motivation on the Run

Podcasting is hard and that is the simple truth, and no, I’m not talking about the technical aspects of the process. I am talking about having to listen to your own voice recorded and blaring over the car speakers or ear buds.

With nine podcasts “under the belt” I am used to the sound of my own voice, which is a little scary at first, but am referring to the crutch words and phrases that we use and don’t realize. “ok?” is one, or how about “right?” or the famous “you know.”

In listening to the last couple of podcasts, I have noticed several real bad habits creeping into my vocabulary and speech patterns. Bad, Bad, Bad… these must be stopped.

I will try harder.
