		<description>Terrific!  The faster tempo helped considerably -more natural and much easier to listen to.  You&#039;re more relaxed and it shows.  You&#039;ve also got a good bit of personality coming across, which is important.  Ultimately, it&#039;s the reason why I&#039;ll come back each week to listen to YOUR podcast.  Phenomenally good; you sound like a pro.  My only critique: watch the &quot;juuusst&quot;.  You sometimes use it as an &quot;uuuhh&quot; in the middle of a thought.

I&#039;m an INTJ.  Which is good, considering what I do for a living.  Having looked at several of the Myers-Briggs websites, I really like the essay descriptions at www.typelogic.com and www.geocities.com/lifexplore/.  And yes, they describe me perfectly -unnervingly so.  K</description>
